¶ What it is
LUCY.SYSTEMS is an integrated system for law firms. It covers the whole work‑and‑billing flow: from time and cost capture, through review and approval, to billing (pro‑formas, invoices, KSeF, LEDES e‑billing) — together with companion areas: leave, tasks, reports and reference‑data administration.
The start screen is a launcher: a set of tiles leading to the individual modules plus a short summary of your time and the number of documents awaiting approval. It is the entry point — the actual work happens inside the modules.

The order and availability of tiles depend on the user's permissions and configuration — the set may differ per person.

¶ Navigation and top bar
- Clicking a tile opens that module (its dashboard or first screen).
- Inside a module, a left rail of icons switches between that module's screens.
- Top bar: user name, notifications, profile selector (e.g. "Default") and the interface language (Polski / English).
¶ Typical workflow (in short)
- WORK TIME — you log time and costs (or from timers/sources).
- APPROVAL — works and costs are reviewed and approved.
- BILLING — approved items become billforms → invoices (KSeF/LEDES).
- TIME OFF / TASKS / REPORTS / ELF — companion areas: leave, tasks, reports, reference data.
